These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website. www.gaia-lux.ch between Gaia Lux and its customers.

2. Products offered

Gaia Lux sells authenticated Hermès bags. Each item is unique and undergoes prior verification. Products are offered while stocks last.

3. Price

The prices displayed include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges may be added depending on the destination and are specified when placing the order.

4. Order

All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Gaia Lux reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order deemed fraudulent or abnormal.

5. Payment

Payments are made via secure platforms (e.g. Stripe or bank transfer). Gaia Lux does not store any bank details.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping : Secure and insured with DHL Express, in Europe or internationally
  • Delivery times : Estimated at 2 to 5 days for Europe and the rest of the world
  • Customs : Any customs duties or local taxes are payable by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal

Due to the exclusive nature and character of the luxury items offered, no right of withdrawal is granted, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code or similar Swiss provisions, except in the case of defective or non-compliant items.

8. Returns & exchanges

  • Bags cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the event of a proven problem, customers are welcome to contact us to discuss the matter.

9. Authenticity guarantee

All Hermès bags sold on Gaia Lux are guaranteed authentic. Each item is examined in-house and validated by our specialists.

10. Order cancellation

  • Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

11. Limitation of liability

Gaia Lux cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the website or a purchased product. In any event, Gaia Lux's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

12. Disputes and applicable law

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction.
