These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the website. www.gaia-lux.ch<\/a> between Gaia Lux and its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Products offered<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Gaia Lux sells authenticated Herm\u00e8s bags. Each item is unique and undergoes prior verification. Products are offered while stocks last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Price<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The prices displayed include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges may be added depending on the destination and are specified when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Order<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Gaia Lux reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order deemed fraudulent or abnormal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Payments are made via secure platforms (e.g. Stripe or bank transfer). Gaia Lux does not store any bank details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Shipping and delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Shipping<\/strong> : Secure and insured with DHL Express, in Europe or internationally<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Delivery times<\/strong> : Estimated at 2 to 5 days for Europe and the rest of the world<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Customs<\/strong> : Any customs duties or local taxes are payable by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    7. Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Due to the exclusive nature and character of the luxury items offered, no right of withdrawal is granted<\/strong>, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code or similar Swiss provisions, except in the case of defective or non-compliant items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Returns & exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Bags cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the event of a proven problem, customers are welcome to contact us to discuss the matter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      9. Authenticity guarantee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      All Herm\u00e8s bags sold on Gaia Lux are guaranteed authentic<\/strong>. Each item is examined in-house and validated by our specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. Order cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        11. Limitation of liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Gaia Lux cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the website or a purchased product. In any event, Gaia Lux's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        12. Disputes and applicable law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
